We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde AI Solutions Engineer ter versterking van ons Customer Success & Operations Team. In deze functie werk je mee aan de verschillende projecten die we uitvoeren voor onze klanten; organisaties in de publieke sector (overheid), de gezondheidszorg en kritieke infrastructuur, die ons platform gebruiken om hun private AI-omgeving soeverein en veilig te beheren. Een UbiOps project kan bestaan uit een pilot met ons softwareplatform, de installatie van een productieomgeving op de infrastructuur van de klant of het samenwerken met de klant om hun eerste AI-oplossing - bijvoorbeeld een chatbot gebaseerd op een open source LLM of een RAG-oplossing - binnen UbiOps uit te rollen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het voorbereiden, installeren, onderhouden en ondersteunen van de UbiOps software op de infrastructuur van de klant. Je integreert UbiOps met de bestaande software en IT-stack van de klant. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert AI-oplossingen in UbiOps voor of met de klant. Je demonstreert, onboardt, traint en ondersteunt UbiOps gebruikers. Je verzamelt productfeedback, vertaalt deze naar feature requests en werkt samen met ons ontwikkelteam om deze te ontwikkelen, testen en uit te brengen. Onderhouden van onze technische project- en productdocumentatie. Op de hoogte blijven van, experimenteren met en adviseren van onze klanten over de nieuwste en beste (open source) GenAI-modellen.

Je bent een getrainde allround engineer. Je hebt een grondige technische en functionele kennis van UbiOps (maak je geen zorgen, we leren het je) en van GenAI, data science en MLOps in het algemeen. Bovendien ben je een uitstekende communicator, planner en developer. Je kunt je enthousiasme voor en je kennis van ons product en onze branche met anderen delen. Je bent een creatieve denker en zoekt naar oplossingen waar anderen stoppen. Maar bovenal wil je anderen helpen.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van een flexibel en multidisciplinair team van sales-, marketing- en customer success-professionals, software engineers, platform engineers, data scientists en machine learning engineers, waardoor je volop mogelijkheden krijgt om je ervaring te vergroten en nieuwe technologieën te verkennen. Er is volop ruimte om je ideale rol gaandeweg vorm te geven en de verantwoordelijkheden en taken op te pakken waarvan je denkt dat je de meeste waarde kunt toevoegen aan het bedrijf.

We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met een start-up/scale-up mentaliteit die onze visie deelt dat betrouwbare, soevereine en veilige AI een steeds belangrijkere rol zal spelen in ons dagelijks leven. Omdat ons bedrijf opereert in een dynamische en snel veranderende markt, kun je je snel aanpassen, zowel aan externe (veranderende klantbehoeften, concurrenten en het technologie landschap) als interne factoren (veranderend team, processen en technologie).

Je taken & verantwoordelijkheden

Beheer en voer UbiOps-installatieprojecten uit (inclusief het opzetten van cloud-/on-premises omgevingen en het installeren van UbiOps).
Ontwerp en bepaal de scope van UbiOps-implementaties bij klanten, waarbij vaak integratie met bestaande (cloud)infrastructuur en IT-systemen vereist is.
Ontwikkel en implementeer (maatwerk) AI-oplossingen in UbiOps en ondersteun onze klanten hierbij.
Geef productfeedback aan ons ontwikkelteam en help hen bij het ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe functies.
Reageer op en los problemen van klanten op via verschillende kanalen en zorg voor algehele acceptatie en tevredenheid bij klanten.
Voer UbiOps (web)demo's, workshops, webinars en trainingen uit en ondersteun tests en evaluaties bij klanten.
Ondersteun ons verkoopteam met je kennis van ons product, onze klanten en de markt.
Identificeer hiaten in de content en zorg ervoor dat de documentatie en ondersteunende content up-to-date zijn.
Maak tutorials, trainingsmateriaal, blogartikelen, klantverhalen en veelgestelde vragen.
Je kennis van ons product en onze branche behouden.

Jouw profiel

Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
Ervaring in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success, consultancy of een vergelijkbare functie (pas afgestudeerden zijn ook welkom om te solliciteren indien voldoende professionele ervaring is opgedaan tijdens de studie; commissiewerk, parttime baan, enz.)
Bachelor diploma in Computer Science, AI/Data Science of een andere technische discipline
Vaardigheden in Python-ontwikkeling
Vertrouwdheid met data science, AI en MLOps-praktijken en -technologieën
Uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie- en trainings-/opleidingsvaardigheden
Gedetailleerde werker en taakmanager
In staat om (moeilijke) technologieën uit te leggen in eenvoudige concepten
Creatief denker die gebruikersvereisten kan omzetten in een passende oplossing
Ondersteunend! Het enige wat je wilt zijn tevreden klanten en gebruikers
Goede schrijver van productdocumentatie, tutorials en artikelen
Bereid om naar klanten te reizen voor projecten
Ervaring bij een softwarebedrijf en/of start-up/scale-up is een grote pré

The job

We are looking for a talented AI Solutions Engineer to strengthen our Customer Success & Operations Team. In this position, you will be participating in the various projects we execute for our customers; i.e. organizations in the public sector (government), healthcare, and critical infrastructure, which use our platform to run and manage their private AI sovereign and secure. A UbiOps project can consist of a pilot with our software platform, the installation of a production setup on the customer infrastructure or collaborating with the customer to roll out their first AI solution - for example a chatbot based on an open source LLM, or a RAG solution - within UbiOps.

Your responsibilities include preparing, installing, maintaining and supporting the UbiOps software on customer infrastructure. Integrating UbiOps with the existing customer software and IT stack. Developing and deploying AI solutions in UbiOps for or with the customer. Demonstrating, onboarding, training, and supporting UbiOps users. Collecting product feedback, turning this into feature requests and working with our development team to get this developed, tested and released. Maintaining our technical project and product documentation. Staying up to date on, experimenting with and advising our customers on the latest and greatest (open source) GenAI models.

You are a trained and allround engineer. You have a thorough technical and functional understanding of UbiOps (don’t worry, we’ll teach you) and of GenAI, data science and MLOps practices in general. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator, planner and developer. You are able to share your enthusiasm for and your knowledge of our product and industry with others. You are a creative thinker, looking for solutions where others stop. But first and foremost you want to help others.

In this role you are part of an agile and multidisciplinary team of sales, marketing and customer success professionals, software engineers, platform engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers, giving you plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and explore new technologies. Your tasks & responsibilities

Manage and execute UbiOps installation projects (including setting up cloud/on-prem environments and installing UbiOps)
Design and scope UbiOps implementations at customers, often requiring integration with existing (cloud) infrastructure and IT systems
Develop and deploy (custom) AI solutions in UbiOps and support our customers doing so
Provide product feedback to our development team and help them to develop and test new features
Respond to and resolve customer issues through different channels and ensure overall customer adoption and satisfaction
Perform UbiOps (web) demo’s, workshops, webinars and trainings and support customer trials and evaluations
Support our sales team with your knowledge of our product, customers and market
Identify content gaps and ensure documentation and support content is up to date
Creating tutorials, training material, blog articles, customer stories and FAQs
Maintain a deep understanding of our product and industry

Your profile

Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success, consultancy or a similar role (recent graduates are also welcome to apply if sufficient professional experience has been obtained during studies; committee work, part-time job, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or other engineering discipline
Python development skills
Familiarity with data science, AI and MLOps practices and technologies
Excellent communication, presentation and training/education skills
Detailed worker and task manager
Being able to explain (difficult) technologies in simple concepts
Creative thinker able to turn user requirements into a fitting solution
Supportive! All you want is happy customers and users
Good writer of product documentation, tutorials and articles
Willing to travel to customers for projects
Experience at a software company and or start-up/scale-up is a big plus
