We zoeken een AI Solutions Engineer voor ons Customer Success & Operations Team. Je werkt aan projecten voor klanten in de publieke sector, zorg en vitale infrastructuur die ons platform gebruiken voor soeverein AI-beheer. Dit varieert van pilots en productie-installaties tot het implementeren van AI-oplossingen, zoals LLM-chatbots of RAG-systemen, binnen UbiOps.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten de installatie, integratie en ondersteuning van UbiOps op klant-infrastructuur. Je ontwikkelt AI-oplossingen, verzorgt onboarding en trainingen, en vertaalt klantfeedback naar nieuwe productfeatures. Daarnaast beheer je technische documentatie en adviseer je klanten over de nieuwste (open source) GenAI-modellen.

Je bent een allround engineer met kennis van GenAI, data science en MLOps (productkennis leren wij je). Je bent communicatief sterk, creatief en denkt in oplossingen. Je deelt graag je expertise en bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd om anderen te helpen.

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van experts, waarin volop ruimte is om nieuwe technologieën te verkennen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je rol zelf vorm te geven en verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken die de meeste waarde toevoegen aan ons bedrijf.

We zoeken iemand met een start-up/scale-up mentaliteit die gelooft in het belang van veilige, soevereine AI. Je bent adaptief en schakelt moeiteloos mee met de snel veranderende markt, klantbehoeften en technologische ontwikkelingen.

Je taken & verantwoordelijkheden

Beheer en voer UbiOps-installatieprojecten uit (inclusief het opzetten van cloud-/on-premises omgevingen en het installeren van UbiOps).
Ontwerp en bepaal de scope van UbiOps-implementaties bij klanten, waarbij vaak integratie met bestaande (cloud)infrastructuur en IT-systemen vereist is.
Ontwikkel en implementeer (maatwerk) AI-oplossingen in UbiOps en ondersteun onze klanten hierbij.
Geef productfeedback aan ons ontwikkelteam en help hen bij het ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe functies.
Reageer op en los problemen van klanten op via verschillende kanalen en zorg voor algehele acceptatie en tevredenheid bij klanten.
Voer UbiOps (web)demo's, workshops, webinars en trainingen uit en ondersteun tests en evaluaties bij klanten.
Ondersteun ons verkoopteam met je kennis van ons product, onze klanten en de markt.
Identificeer hiaten in de content en zorg ervoor dat de documentatie en ondersteunende content up-to-date zijn.
Maak tutorials, trainingsmateriaal, blogartikelen, klantverhalen en veelgestelde vragen.
Je kennis van ons product en onze branche behouden.

Jouw profiel

Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
Ervaring in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success, consultancy of een vergelijkbare functie (pas afgestudeerden zijn ook welkom om te solliciteren indien voldoende professionele ervaring is opgedaan tijdens de studie; commissiewerk, parttime baan, enz.)
Bachelor diploma in Computer Science, AI/Data Science of een andere technische discipline
Vaardigheden in Python-ontwikkeling
Vertrouwdheid met data science, AI en MLOps-praktijken en -technologieën
Uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie- en trainings-/opleidingsvaardigheden
Gedetailleerde werker en taakmanager
In staat om (moeilijke) technologieën uit te leggen in eenvoudige concepten
Creatief denker die gebruikersvereisten kan omzetten in een passende oplossing
Ondersteunend! Het enige wat je wilt zijn tevreden klanten en gebruikers
Goede schrijver van productdocumentatie, tutorials en artikelen
Bereid om naar klanten te reizen voor projecten
Ervaring bij een softwarebedrijf en/of start-up/scale-up is een grote pré

The job

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer for our Customer Success & Operations Team. You will work on projects for clients in the public sector, healthcare, and critical infrastructure that use our platform for sovereign AI management. This ranges from pilots and production installations to implementing AI solutions, such as LLM chatbots or RAG systems, within UbiOps.

Your responsibilities include the installation, integration, and support of UbiOps on client infrastructure. You will develop AI solutions, provide onboarding and training, and translate customer feedback into new product features. You will also manage technical documentation and advise clients on the latest (open-source) GenAI models.

You are a versatile engineer with knowledge of GenAI, data science, and MLOps (we will teach you product knowledge). You have strong communication skills, are creative, and think in solutions. You enjoy sharing your expertise and are intrinsically motivated to help others.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts, with ample opportunity to explore new technologies. You'll have the freedom to shape your role and take on responsibilities that add the most value to our company.

We're looking for someone with a start-up/scale-up mindset who believes in the importance of safe, sovereign AI. You're adaptable and can easily adapt to rapidly changing markets, customer needs, and technological developments.

Your tasks & responsibilities

Manage and execute UbiOps installation projects (including setting up cloud/on-prem environments and installing UbiOps)
Design and scope UbiOps implementations at customers, often requiring integration with existing (cloud) infrastructure and IT systems
Develop and deploy (custom) AI solutions in UbiOps and support our customers doing so
Provide product feedback to our development team and help them to develop and test new features
Respond to and resolve customer issues through different channels and ensure overall customer adoption and satisfaction
Perform UbiOps (web) demo’s, workshops, webinars and trainings and support customer trials and evaluations
Support our sales team with your knowledge of our product, customers and market
Identify content gaps and ensure documentation and support content is up to date
Creating tutorials, training material, blog articles, customer stories and FAQs
Maintain a deep understanding of our product and industry

Your profile

Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success, consultancy or a similar role (recent graduates are also welcome to apply if sufficient professional experience has been obtained during studies; committee work, part-time job, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or other engineering discipline
Python development skills
Familiarity with data science, AI and MLOps practices and technologies
Excellent communication, presentation and training/education skills
Detailed worker and task manager
Being able to explain (difficult) technologies in simple concepts
Creative thinker able to turn user requirements into a fitting solution
Supportive! All you want is happy customers and users
Good writer of product documentation, tutorials and articles
Willing to travel to customers for projects
Experience at a software company and or start-up/scale-up is a big plus
